平紋熱風布生產車間共有4條大型高精度進口設備，3條是臺灣線，1條德國線。可滿足高端和中低端各種不同的市場需求。并配有獨立的品質實驗室，對原材料、生產過程以及成品能夠進行細節的測試和質量的把控。
There are four large-scale high-precision imported equipment in the production workshop of plain woven hot air cloth, with three from Taiwan and one from Germany. We can meet various high-end, medium and low-end market demands. Equipped with an independent quality laboratory, we conduct detailed testing and quality control on raw materials, production processes and finished products.

公司現擁有10余條打孔壓紋設備，共計30多種花型模具，包括單層壓花，雙層熱復合，超聲波復合等。更有專門為客戶定制的專供花型，在長期的積累和沉淀下，獲得客戶的好評和信賴。并在之后每年都會有研發出2種新花型的任務和要求，以適應行業內客戶的需求和發展。
At present, our company has more than 10 punching and embossing equipment, with a total of more than 30 kinds of pattern molds, including single-layer embossing, double-layer thermal compounding, ultrasonic compounding, etc. Moreover, we provide customers with specially customized patterns, which have been highly praised and trusted by customers over time. In addition, we develop 2 new patterns every year after that, so as to meet the needs and development of customers in the industry.
